• Automated SMS appointment reminders and booking confirmations
• Client engagement and follow-up automation
• Online scheduling and booking form integration
• Lead management and communication tools

Our Services are designed for business clients ("Clients") such as barbershops, salons, spas, and other service-based businesses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account or engage our Services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Client Obligations

Business Clients using FLOWLEADS to communicate with their customers agree to:

• Obtain proper consent from their customers before sending SMS messages
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
• Not send spam, misleading, or deceptive messages
• Honor opt-out requests promptly

6. SMS and Communications

Our SMS services are subject to additional terms outlined in our SMS Terms of Service. By using our SMS features, you agree to those terms as well.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on service usage. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on the FLOWLEADS website and platform are the property of FLOWLEADS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our Services without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLOWLEADS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in message delivery
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Access to the Services will be revoked
• Outstanding payment obligations remain due
• We will cease sending messages on your behalf
• Data retention will be handled per our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
